Qualifying from St. Mary's University with a First Class Honours in Sports Science in 2010, Sophie Beal went on to work within the sports industry for UK Sport as a Performance Team administrator throughout the 2012 Olympic Games. This unique experience prompted her to combine her passions of sport and helping people by studying a Diploma Level 5 in Sport and Remedial Massage, at the London School of Sports Massage.
Sophie Beal is a fully qualified Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapist and a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage (The ISRM).
