Sophie has a lovely, natural nature and explains everything thoroughly. My shoulder pain was so bad that it was keeping me awake at night. After a couple of sessions with Sophie it is much better and has made life and sport a lot easier.

She is very professional and careful to explain exactly which muscles/ parts of the body she is working and ensures at all times that I am happy with the pressure.
